ANA KARINA ZARATIN

Since she was little, she knew that she wanted to work in the audiovisual industry.

As a teenager, she began to study photography, as well as taking theater and acting courses for cinema and arts. At a very young age, she became a still photographer, specializing in concert coverage. She worked with the biggest names in the Brazilian music industry, as well as record labels and music magazines.

In 2005, she became a cinematographer and stage director. Since then, her work has been focused on two main themes: the female universe and music.

In advertising, she directed films for major brands, such as Natura, Kitano, Shell Select, Outlet Premium, Santa Lolla, Mundial Calçados, Quem Disse Berenice, and Atacadão. She also worked as a cinematographer in campaigns for companies such as O Boticário, Avon, Sandálias Ipanema, and Luigi Bertolli.

In music, she directed a range of productions that go from music videos to live streaming and live specials for artists such as Emicida, Rael, Ira!, Ju Strassacapa, Drik Barbosa, Drika Rizzo, Renato Teixeira, Capital Inicial, Kamau, and Arnaldo Antunes.

LUIZ FERRAZ

He is a director and producer of non-fiction productions and documentaries for cinema, TV and VOD.

Since 2009, he directed award-winning documentaries that were screened at major festivals such as Festival do Rio – Rio de Janeiro Int'l Film Festival, It's All True – Brazilian International Documentary Festival, DocsMX – International Documentary Film Festival of Mexico City, International Film Festival Karlovy Vary at Czech Republic, Gramado Film Festival, São Paulo International Film Festival, among others.

Some of his most recent works are: “Chapecó Dossier: The Game Behind the Tragedy”, a documentary series for Discovery+ about the plane crash of the Brazilian team Chapecoense; “All or Nothing: Brazilian National Team” for Amazon Prime Video about the journey of the Brazilian National Team at CONMEBOL Copa America; “To Win or To Win” for MBC Group/Shahid about Saudi football team Al Nassr's season; "Tecnologias da Esperança" (60 minutes) for GNT/Globo, among others.

He also directed the feature film "Paisagem Concreta", about the Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza, which was post-produced and finalized by B12 Filmes.

GABRIEL BARROS

For over 10 years, Gabriel Barros has been creating audiovisual content for advertising, television series, documentaries and reality shows.

His first experience in the industry was as an editing assistant for the movie City of God, when he was still in film school. In the first part of his career, he studied mainly film editing. After graduating, he began working as a cinematographer for short films and commercials. He produced and directed “Cinematografia”, a documentary about film photography. After months doing interviews and creating this feature film, he finally was promoted from photographer to director. He was also invited to direct “Comédia MTV” where he learned more about the development of comedy content for TV.

Working with many talented comedians, he learned how to direct actors, which led him to his next project: “Família Imperial”. In this period drama series, created by Cao Hamburger, he focused on dramaturgy and storytelling. In 2016, he was nominated for an International Emmy Award for the series “O Zoo da Zu” for Discovery Kids. During all these projects he worked on commercials as a freelance director. In recent years, he has been alternating between working as a director and an executive producer, supervising creative professionals and collaborating with a variety of brands and TV channels.

GABRIEL DAVINI

Even after completing his degree in civil engineering, Monday mornings were terrible. Could it be possible to work with something you like?

He was drawn to stories: from the journal about his home street events to the first footage of his friends on his father's VHS camera. When he realized that he could work as a storyteller, he found his calling.

Today, Mondays motivate him to continue learning and working, so that one day he will be a great film director.

He directed films that were selected for the festivals Lift Off Global Sessions 2022 and 2020, Alter do Chão Film Festival, Lisbon Motorcycle Film Festival, Los Angeles Cinefest, Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival and Chicago Motoblot Film Festival, and also directed projects for brands such as Porto Seguro, Klabin, Outback, and Instagram.
